Everyone that plays a sport can be great at it or can progress in that sport. It might be a sport that you played all your life, but why do people say that, "I live for this game." What does this mean.
Sport can be a big part in your life. I would say that I live soccer, because it teached and teaches me so many things, like the basics of life (fairness, hope, earn of sweat, work with constructive critique, teamwork...)
In my opinion, means that they really enjoy doing it and can only "live" to enjoy it
